This rod is build on a SGlass blank series which is part of the soulmate glassic follow up blank series i have had produced this summer…

As i loved the 733 of the glassic series i needed (or at leat thought so) a bit shorter and packable model… here it is and i’m pretty happy…

Specs: Soulmate black series 7ft 3wt 5pc

Shopturned bi metal blued hardware and check, snakebrand guides and wrapped with light green kimono silk, black dyed and mortised burl insert. The rodtube is made of black dyed and oiled maple wood in katana style.

Rod in tube measures 19,2 inches

thx for looking

Beautiful rod and rod tube. Have never seen such a classy, hi-end rod tube.

Sweet, what a beautiful rod and tube - love the reel seat and how compact it is.

I liked the look and the idea of a pack rod so much I bought a blank from Marc. They are great to deal with and my rod made to south carolina in a week from Germany. I hope to have it finished by Christmas, in time to take a few days to fish in Georgia or North Carolina when my daughter comes home for xmas break.
