After a long time waiting, finally my soulmate glassic series blanks arrived and this is the first fast track build i made to test it during our vacation this year.

Blank is the whisky colored 3pc Soulmate Glassic 7,3‘ -3wt

Simple components as cap n ring DL with a mortised and handrub varnished english walnut insert. Seaguide singlelegs and a short cigar shaped grip.

This taper is crisp and a bit faster but leaves you with the glassic glass feel and works superb with a heavy 3wt or light 4wt WF line…

Thanks for looking!

Exquisite! A most beautiful rod. Love the blank and thread colors. Do you sell it as a finished rod, as a kit or blank?

Thank you guys! Glad you like the look…

The blank color is really special… here you can see how light works on it…

There is something about the classic look of a straight cigar grip with a cap & ring over a beautiful wood insert that I never get tired of looking at.

Beautiful build and the Abel looks great on it too!!
