Finished some time ago my parabolic rod The Pure in a 7’ 3/4wt.
Insert of nice olive wood, hardware made of nickel silver, with a butt of PEI what is matching great with the titanium reel. The rod is safe and sound in Italy with the happy owner.

Hope you like it.

Nico

That's amazing! What's the reel? It looks perfect on it.

A very clean and classy build. Love the olive wood reel seat and hardware.

This is a titanium reel with PEI same as the butt. the reels are fully handmade by a good friend of mine Ids Schukken.
And I am a reseller of these reels. He makes around 10 pieces the year.

If you want some info pm me.

I would dig a bamboo reel seat spacer on this one to get the same color, and the rest is al dente, especially your hardware choices.
thanks for posting your work and great photos

Nice build, eerily reminiscent of my Kenney 794 with the brown blank and modified full wells grip, which is super comfortable. VERY well done!!!
