Straight from the LRCo blank facility...Love the feel of this rod; it casts like a sniper...Struble nickel silver D27 with vermilion insert, Struble agatine stripper, and Snake Universals wrapped with cherry red silk...Ferrules are black silk with red and copper accents, ala CB&Q "blackbird" paint scheme...It's available at shopkeeperflyrods.com

Dusty,

The sniper allusion sure adds luster to an already spectacular build. A few more details on its casting characteristics as a longish 3 wt, however, could burnish its appeal.

Very nice rod here from what ive heard.
A 3wt 9ft sounds interesting.

I’m interested to hear how this one casts? Sandy is building one up and the configuration makes it very tempting, hopefully I’ll get a chance to cast it next year.
