Got this in the mail yesterday. I don't know anything about it so if any of y'all know something chime in.

It is 5'9" 2 piece. It doesn't have a makers' mark or line weight, so I took it out yesterday on the lawn and tried a few of the lines I had available. It had way too much tip bounce with a WF6wt. I then put on a shortened WF7wt line on it and it started to come alive. I wish I had a DT6wt or a full WF7wt to really get an idea.

I put it in front of my bench light and this glass is incredibly transparent and very, very light in hand. I also checked out the female ferrul and there isn't any water damn so I'm starting to think this might be a rod made not too very long ago maybe in another country.

great-looking rod.
With a rod that light and with large guides, you might consider a Teeny First Cast WF7, so you can fit it on a small, light reel.
