And then the same fly again, this time threaded onto a snelled #16 scud hook. I haven't figured out a good way to weight these flies yet, short of putting a bead on the leader instead of built into the the fly. I'm working on it.

The idea--with the rubberleg loop up front--is to be able to change flies without cutting the leader. Haven't had a chance to fish it yet so I'm not making any claims. Other than "it's interesting."
