It depends on the size, age, and how many boxes you buy. Maybe 50-60% of the price of a modern version from an online retailer.

To be honest, I think modern steel is better than vintage. I skip really old hooks unless they are no longer made.

Not only the size but the model of the hooks, I bought 100 packs back in the '70s and in some models still have most of the 100 left, other models have gone through several boxes.

Probably all barbed hooks. I don't think there are many hook collectors except people like you and me who never used all we had in one box or another. They stayed in a drawer all these years and probably won't be missed if they did the same for another good long time. I have remnant stock from a fly shop closing sale. It was priced cheap to sell, which is why I bought it for half what was asked. I used a lot of the hooks, but any boxes left aren't worth much. Thus, with stuff like that you price it low, and if it doesn't sell, cut that in half. I'd suggest half of what a comparable box of new hooks--on sale--sell for.

A quick search of the 'net shows some of those dry fly hooks selling for ~$4/100 and some as high as ~$30/100 at auction and the current equivalent for ~$14/100.
I think, from looking at forums dedicated to tying, that hooks made in Japan are largely preferred today, but there are classic tyers that want to follow a pattern exactly that will try to track down NOS historical hooks. You would probably do best by searching the hooks by brand, model, size on eBay sold or completed listings and then using those prices as a guide.
