I don't think that you'll ever find better customer service, from any manufacturer, of any fly fishing-related equipment;
than that of HMH Vises.

I don't want to go into detail about what has caused me to think this,
but I will say that they will stand by their product, and will do what it takes to elicit
customer satisfaction.

and 'Made in the USA'!

A few years ago I had a small warranty issue with a Peak Vise that I had purchased as a gift for a friend. This was right after Peak put the vises on the open market. I called them and talked to one of their employees about the problem I had. I was asked for my mailing address and told that the correct part would be over-nighted to me. Viola, next day my part was delivered, no charge, no questions asked, no problem. They sure made me a customer for life!
