New old inventory. 7’6” #6 Lamiglas with Japanese silk to match reel seat and with antique gold hardware. Tom Morgan guide spacing. Spigotted ferrules. Cork sealer applied. Took me 5 1/2 months for this most satisfactory build. The Ocean City 36 is lined with SA Mastery Bass Bug.

Beautiful! Worth the wait! I have the same blank that I hope to get to this winter. Any casting impressions - medium, slow? A true 6 wt?

Out in the yard this morning. The rod loads superbly with a basic Cabelas 6 WF. However, with SA Mastery Bass Bug 6 WF, I can cast tighter loops. This is one of the best loading rods I own. Loads up quick and back out fast.

I would describe this rod as moderate/fast. It is a very light rod. The true test will be on the water.
