I've used this reel on several graphite
rods. Very light and smooth reel.
Clicker is very soft and pleasant.
Probably not a classic and barely
vintage.

I just picked up this 255mg
I agree very pleasant click drag.
Let’s call it it 80s/modern vintage classic ...
I’m pairing mine up with a fisher 7ft 4wt that’s being redone.
Very cool lil Ryobi reel.

I had an MG-357. I'm sorry I sold it. It is a great reel. At the time I didn't think I wanted a 7wt click and pawl reel. But that is one that would be great on a lot of rods.

These reels are magnesium.They are lighter than the aluminum versions although they look alike.Both are nice reels.
