Can't see much of it, but I don't think so.
The reel looks very Brit to me, and not much like anything Enterprise sold.

Here's the earliest Pflueger Bulldog stamp, which first appeared in 1915.

Thanks, Bulldog. Bit of a long shot but the shape reminded me of the logo. The reel is not mine , but I was asked about it. Apparently it was dug up from the bank of the River Leven (part of the Lomond system) about 40 years ago. I didn’t think it looked like a Pfleuger product but am always learning!
