Finally I have found a Medalist 1492 1/2 CJ here in Italy.
To clean it I will follow the instruction to Cleaning reels threat
But as you can see from the pictures a clicker is broke
Do you know if is possible to find it and if yes, where??
Or if I turn from right to left the one clicker is enought??
Thank you
Luigi

Yes, one of the click-pawls engaged on the 1492 should be all you need.
Disengage the broken pawl by rotating it to the short side pointing inward.
The other pawl should only rotate in one direction, allowing you to engage and use it.

Thank you Bulldog1935 (you are the encyclopedia of fly reels).
Ok, I have remove the broken pawl and with the only pawl remained I can use it only in the right side.
I would like to know if is possible to move the pawl from the current side to the one where the broken pawl was.
Thank you

the reel and both pawls are RHW only.
There is a tricky conversion to LHW you can find Here
Since your second pawl is broken, you don't need to disengage it in LHW, so you can simply drive the pin down, rotate the pawl to LHW, and drive the pin back up.
You also have to reshape the spring to get LHW lead
