I came across the Floating Fly in my news feed on FB this morning and it turned out to be a fascinating read. The website highlights interviews with various fly fishers around the world and I know it will take me weeks to go thru them all. Here is the link to Christian Horgren's interview: https://www.thefloatingfly.com/christian-hrgren-1

I moved this discussion here. Christian is a forum member, but also a well known fly rod builder. So I felt it best suited for this part of the forum.

Did a quick skim through the website and it looks like a very interesting read, looking forward to spending more time reading the articles.

Christian seems like a good fellow to fish with.

Good read! Am I the only one curious about Christian's non-tapered furled leaders?

I noticed that too. Any more details on those leaders available?

Christian is a member here and you can probably ask him directly. Don't know what name he uses though.

Thanks for the reference. I've effectively jumped down the rabbit hole for the past 30 minutes on that site. The photography is stunning.

It is becoming a wealth of information.
Although some do make dry fly fishing look like rocket science...
