As some of you know, over the past year I’ve been working with a new blank fabricator in Japan to improve blank to blank consistency and blank color. I’m happy to say the project has been more than successful. If anything, my half dozen glass models are a touch more responsive than before, and I’m delighted with the new rich brown color I’m getting. Rod prices remain at $625 for 3 piece finished models and $675 for my 5 piece model.

For the first time I’ll also be offering my glass models as ferruled blanks at $295 and $325 respectively, for 3- and 5- piece models.

Shipping for rods remains at $20/$25 west/east of the Mississippi and likely a bit less for ferruled blanks. Shipment outside the USA is by quote

Let me know if you’re interested in a rod or a blank.
Larry

Enjoy your tapers. Looking forward to seeing a photograph of one of your fly rods on the new blank.

Larry - Could you list the models currently available? Are all models currently in stock as blanks? Are all unsanded e-glass?

That is a really sharp combination of brown tones on that build.
