I have been working on a new rod case and rod case fittings for about 14 months now. I am working with a couple of great, and very talented suppliers. Shown in these photos in an unsanded S-glass fiberglass rod tube/case.

I should be able to offer the case cap, collar and end cap in polished nickel and blued nickel to match my reel seat hardware. And yes you guessed it, these are exclusive and made by Joel Lemke. Joel is now working on making the hardware for my black aluminum tubes which are just a few thousands smaller in diameter than the s-glass tube.

Shane,
Fantastic idea and perfect execution! Kudo's to you and Joel's elegant fittings. Are these going to be available ala cart or just proprietary for your beautiful builds?

Doug, Thanks but Joel did all the work. I can't take any credit except for asking him to make them, offering to pay for them and waiting patiently for them to be made. These will be proprietary.

George, thank you!

Those look great. I think you should sell them, you wouldn't be able to keep them in inventory!

Jason, I would like to. But that is the problem, I can't seem to get enough for what I need right now.

Problems everyone in sales just love to deal with Shane. Selling so many rods glass tube production can't keep up! Love it ...

Sarcasm aside, I understand your dilemma. As you know things will square away, you can always sell them later. I have wanted one since the first time I saw the packaging of the Norie Amberstar. Good for you bringing them into production.

Here are a few photos of the tube with blued hardware. I am offering the first glass tube with my 905-3 Signature S-glass.
