My wife has been making rod bags/socks for several of our custom rod builder friends for the past several years.

Due to some changes to her job situation, my wife now has more time to devote to making rod bags/socks. In addition to now making bags for several more custom rod builders, she can now also custom make bags for individuals who need a bag or two for their personal rods.

If you have a vintage or favorite rod, make sure you give it the protection it needs to keep it looking pristine. My wife's custom made bags are priced about $10 delivered.

Cool. Best of luck with this. 3 piece rods are pretty much favored here, and would be received well as an addition to your offerings.

Good stuff. She made some great bags for a couple of glass rods of mine last summer.

Rich,

Thanks for the suggestion.

There are so many options, she can't list them all. In addition to length, number of pieces, number of tips, etc, she also offers choice of color.
Since she custom makes every bag, everything from one piece to eight piece (or more) are fair game. If you don't see what you want, just drop her a line or contact her on the website.

thanks again,.

Bought a couple of these bags to replace Fenwick bags that were starting to get worn. Very nice work and I love the ties; stout enough you don't have tie them in a bow so there's no lump in the tube. Plenty of colors too so you can remember which rod is in which bag.

Great - I just placed an order. It's certainly nice to be able to get custom bags for unusual length rods. Thanks.

I recently bought one for an eBay rod which didn't come with a rod bog and was quite satisfied. So I contacted them and asked about a custom sized bag for another fly rod and received it just about as quickly as the first one I ordered.
