So, if I created something this remarkable pictures would be everywhere.
Can’t say anything about how it fishes because it’s not been in my hands yet, but no doubt it’s a delight to fish!

Posts to follow about the rods use.

Enjoy the pictures. Shane has mad skills!

Thank Jim for posting this.

The blanks are E glass, last season I did a yellow E glass 5'9" 2pc. This season I have clear E glass 6ft 3pc, and 6ft 2pc. Here are a couple that I finished and shipped out. I have more shipping out soon.

I have a couple more I am finishing this week. At some point I will have the stock models finished, I am just working through some orders that I received for them right now. I will add to the website here https://www.graywolfrods.com/troutsmithsrods when the stock models are done. I do have a couple more blanks that I can take customer orders on.

Thanks again, Shane

Right!

Feel the same about the 8’ 3wt carbon Trout Smiths rod. Now that I’ve fished it quite a bit, the looks are secondary; darn amazing rod to cast.

dig the bamboo reel seat - looks natural on that blank.

Thanks again you guys.

I've been taking orders for these ultra light spinning rods. At some point I plan to have the web page done and have these rods in stock but I'll admit I am having a ton of fun with the custom orders ( custom as far a wrap colors ). I do also have a slide band, and a double slide band planned for these rods.

I offer 6ft 2 - 6lbs rods.... these are glass so this is just a suggestion. I am building them in 2pc and 3pc versions. All uni E glass. My Trout Smith's page with be updated to included these rods soon - https://www.graywolfrods.com/troutsmithsrods

Here is a hold over from last season as I waited for blanks - this one is the 5'9" model. With the original reel seat I had last season.

I've added several more rods to the "built" category. I am really falling in love with these light glass spinning rods. Here are a few more that are ready to fish.

For the Trouts and more recently an outing on my favorite local flat water.
Out hunting some small, but caught a lot of decent Bass. Huge flex, but huge fun!
