Looking for any info on Lamiglas S Glass 5-1/2" SUL68(7?)(F?) spinning rod

black frame guides (single foot) with glow in the dark nylon around the inner ring on all guides
cork handle with brown and black aluminum reel seat
I got rear ended last week and had a bunch of gear in the trunk , lost 4 rods including this one. I need to give the insurance company any info I can such as age of the rod. Trying to get back whatever I can, even though it won't be much, so I can start replacing my gear.
