Here's a couple of spin rods i just completed using a SPG-601 and a SPG-720. I'm going to use the little zebco 11's under-spins on them with 4# mono for yellow bass and crappie this spring when theyre difficult to access with fly gear. These are cheap spin rods with the blanks costing less than $15 and the components about the same. The little 5 foot UL made on the 601 is the cats meow; really love the action of that rod; the 720 is probably gonna be a little heavy for 4# so i may have to use a regular spin reel with 6# mono on it I made them two piece so they would both fit in a little 2 inch pvc tube and wouldn't take up a lot of room in the boat-p-
