Hi All. I apologize in advance if this is not the correct place to ask this question. Yesterday I inherited 4 fly rods. They appear to be unused. 1 Scott, 1 Steffen Brothers and 2 Fenwick Rods. I called Scott and they said that the Scott rod that I have is from the mid-90s and sold during that time for $450 new. Looks like similar F-Series Scott rods of this style are now selling for $700. I'm guessing that the Steffen Brothers rod, if sold today, would probably be around $600 based on what I'm seeing, but you may know better than I. Seems like used Fenwick Rods are selling around $100 - $200. Both of these rods appear to be unused. One of the Fenwick's looks like a reel has been attached at some point. The other Fenwick shows no signs of use at all in my opinion (the seat shows no signs that a reel has ever even been attached). Can you provide me with any advice on the value of these and where the best place would be to sell them?

Scott Rod: F601/3, 267868, 6' 0", 1.7oz,3 piece

Steffen Brothers Rod: 8' 5", 5-6, S-Glass, ARN061207, 5 Piece, Olivewood Seat

Fenwick 1: Voyageur, FF865-5, 8' 5", 3.5oz, AFTMA Flyline No. 6, 5 Piece

Fenwick 2: Voyageur, FF756-4, 7' 5", 3oz, AFTMA Line No. 6, 4 Piece

It would be best to post pictures of them. Lacking that, info from whats written on the rod is very helpful.

Have you considered that the person bequesting these rods to you would be honored if you fished them?

All four are great rods to fish. Give them a shot at least before you sell.

It took a minute but I figured out how to upload photos :) Thanks in advance for any advice that you can provide on these rods. They appear to be unused.

Your best bet is to get comps from Ebay. They are nice rods. I would keep the Scott and Steffen to fish myself, both excellent rods.
