The discussion this week of Walton Powell rods sparked a search. I have been trying to bring order out of chaos in my basement workshop, and in an old 1978 Gray's Sporting Journal (Trout & Salmon, Vol. Three, Issue 3), I found the Walton Powell advertisement in the attached pictures. It is very possible I have way too much stuff, lol. I thought there was a lot of neat info that might interest Powell fans, especially the salty language and grumblings about the inflation going on at the time. Made me laugh. Hope this helps someone looking for Powell info.
