Hi my name is Scott...it has been 96 days since my last purchase of a rod or reel...

I was in recovery last Summer but struggling when "Flyrod" sent me 2 Fenwicks and re-ignited my "lusting for Fenwicks and that devolved into the need for Phillipsons...

I was able to get back on "the wagon" and I am really looking forward to fishing the 2 Fenwicks from "Flyrod" and the Phillipson DF 80 that I picked up from another member.

Here is the current list:

Fenwicks
FF79
FF84
FF86
FF86
FF90
FF90

Phillipsons
X76
X80
X86
X90
86DF 3 piece
80DF

Wright McGill
SweetHeart 80

In the last 3 weeks, I have sold 4 rods and 3 Medalist reels. I may be settling in with what I keep and fish...or I may fall off the wagon again :)

Based on usage, my collection has reduced to the following:

Airrite 3wt 10 piece - love this rod so I got 2.

Phillipson 7' - 6/7wt 4 piece.

I have possessed and used quite a few rods but these remain.

Thank you Sir! It was in better condition than expected. It appears virtually unfished.

Mark, Need a photo of that Winston when time permits. Wondering if it is a retro Montana or earlier Montana series?

Bluegill, Solid list of mostly modern glass. Any favorites?

It's a "Retro" according to the folks at Winston. Made in 2003.

My arsenal:

Glass:
- Orvis Superfine 7’6” #4 (the “gateway drug;” I plan on taking this one to the grave)
- Abercrombie & Fitch Featherweight 7’6” #5 (made by Phillipson)
- Phillipson Johnson Profile 7’6” #6 (haven’t used it, just like to look at it)
- Echo Glass 12’9” #7 Spey (my steelhead outfit)

I think you guys can figure out my favorite rod length for glass ;)

Graphite:
- St. Croix Legend Ultra 8’6” #4
- Sage VXP 9’ #6
- Orvis Rocky Mountain series 10’6” #6 (not quite sure what this one is for, but I got it for cheap at an estate sale)
