I ordered one through Bluedun several months ago. Email Bluedun about your problem. Hisao of Bluedun has a very good command of the English language and is a knowledgable angler.
The Takada glass rods are very delicate rods that are probably best for small stream work. I have the 703/5. It has a slow parabolic action. On grass I can easily throw out to 50', but on the water it is best inside of 30'. When using large flies - #10-12, distance suffers greatly. When pushed hard, the lower spigot ferrules tend to loosen. I have been using a 3 wt DT Cortland Peach on mine, but may experiement with 2wt lines.
The upside of the 703/5 is that a 10" fish feels like a whale. Plus Mr. Takada's craftmanship is second to none. I wish he offerred more glass rods than the 3 wts. The other two rods, the 663/3 and 733/3, are in Hisao's words "horrifically slow", but to each his own.
