My wife just bought me a 7.5' 2 piece fly rod. My problem is that I can't find anything about it. It came in an old aluminum rod case with the old cardboard case inside. the rod bag states that it is an H&I Power Glass, 25% nylon reinforced. Both cases, and rod bag fit this rod perfectly. I have taken out on the lawn and it cast a WF6F great with most of the belly out. I don't have a DT5F on hand, but think this would be great with this blank. The only markings on the rod is NO 2973 in white going towards the cork. So I'm pretty sure this is at least an H&I rod, but I would like to know anything else about these rods. I'll post some pics when my camera batteries are charged.
