From 1962 to 1964 the Phillipson Rod Company was owned by Johnson Reels, Inc. In my opinion, the Profile 800 rods produced at this time are the prettiest factory rods from the heyday of glass. The following scanned pages are from the June 1964 Johnson Reels Fishing Guide. This may have been the last Johnson catalog containing Phillipson made rods. Bill Phillipson purchased his company back from Johnson in 1964. So far, I scanned the fly reel, spinning rod, casting rod, and fly rod pages. Note, there were no listings for Phillipson made cane rods. There is a short write-up about the Johnson Profile Rods, including their use of Scotchply material (they are silent about the Eponite process). I'll add some of the general information pages as I get the scans cleaned up.
The Johnson Profile fly rods were always marked with a suggested AFTMA line weight, but there are no line weights in the catalog. The catalog lists the rods as "Profile-8" or "Profile-4", yet the rods I have are marked Profile 800, Profile 600, or Profile 400. Don't let the minor discrepancies trip you up. Any Johnson era rods that I have seen so far have been listed in this brief catalog.
