I'm probably the least qualified to answer your question, but from my understanding import glass rods in that price range usually perform "acceptably well" and are a good way to try out glass. I think you can expect decent build quality and performance, but nothing extraordinary. Many, including myself, believe a used vintage glass rod will often be cheaper and have better performance and therefore be a better value. What line rating are you considering?

I think there is a forum thread on here somewhere about the Moonlight Revival (see search function at bottom of page). Note that this is a different company from Moonlit, which also has a line of imported glass rods.
