The National Park Service has issued "Hoot Owl" restrictions on ALL streams in YNP starting today. You must be off of the water by 2pm!!! Time to go play golf.

Is that due to drought and fire danger in general ? Or is it specifically to protect trout during reduced flows and higher temperatures?
