Well, things are slowly starting to open up in the golden state. One of my favorite warm water lakes opened back up after being closed since March. It felt great to get out in the tube and catch a bunch of bluegills with my Epic 580. I hooked one nice bass but when he jumped he shook the size 14 red fox squirrel nymph. But the best news of all is that my son returned safely back to the US after his 6 month Air Force Deployment in the Middle East. Hope everyone is safe and well!!

Very nice - and I agree it's good to get on the water. Easy to practice social distancing in a float tube, right?
