I live in Seattle, WA. I haven't fished nearly as much as I want to, and I'm still learning rivers and access points. I've fished the south fork of the Snoqualmie River, Pass Lake, and Ross Lake the most. I've also been on the Yakima and Cle Elum, Naches, and a few alpine lakes and streams in the Cascades.

Hello All,

I'm from Madison Heights, Mi (Metro Detroit Area).

I usually fish the Paint Creek, Lower Trout Lake - there are actually no trout there :( - and Quarton Lake when I'm on my lunch break at work.

I'm looking to head to the Au Sauble or Manistee this year for a couple of trips and would also like to try my hand at some bonefish in the next year or two.

I live in Florida now and fish with an Orvis A3-1/4, 7 weight for Bass and shad. I used to live in New Jersey and Maryland and used it to fish for smallmouth in addition to shad, bass, pickerel and rock bass. I have fished in Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Alaska, North Carolina as well as the Virgin Islands.

I live in the South Sound area of Western Washington. I fish the Green, Nisqually, Chehalis, Satsop and Cowlitz Rivers more than any others. I also fish local lakes for trout and bass. I like to hit the small rivers on the East side of the Cascades for trout fishing in the summer. Every winter I fish the Owyhee in Eastern Oregon when visiting my wife's family.

-Ham

I live in the Hudson valley, NY, and I fish in the Catskills. The Beaverkill, the Willowemoc, the branches of the Delaware—those are my stomping grounds.

Glad to see so many from my beautiful home area of Western Washington. I grew up in Snohomish. When I’m back visiting family, I like to jump over Stevens Pass and hit Icicle Creek.

New to the forum but I'm from Huntington, IN (northeast part of the state). Primarily fish the small lakes around here but we own a few acres in the upper peninsula of Michigan so I chase trout up there whenever I can as well.

Spokane Wa.
Beautiful Eastern Wa.
Spokane river, great Rainbow fishery, Clark Fork River close by in N Idaho and too many lakes in a 100 mile radius to list.
35 min drive S to the Clearwater, Salmon, Grand Ronde, where Chromers abound.

I’m outta Denver. I mainly fish alpine lakes and streams, the Blue, the Poudre, and South Boulder Creek since these are all close by. South Boulder Creek is my “home water” and proving ground. Just look out for bears and lions though!

If I’m in the mood for a weekend trip, I like the Frying Pan, the Gunnison, and a certain un-named creek in southern Wyoming ;)

I avoid the South Platte like the plague during all seasons but winter. Too many people and the fish there are highly pressured.

Hi All,
I'm Mus and I currently live and fish in tropical South East Asia, both for fresh water (jungle perch, snakehead, red mahseer, etc) and also saltwater (barramundi, mangrove jack, GT). Been flyfishing for more than 30 years but started moving on to glass rods about 4 months ago. I built an Epic 476 and soon would be building a Haldin 37.

We currently live in The Dalles Oregon. the lower Deschutes is under an hour away so that is our main home river. We also frequent the Owyhee river, Blitzen river, and we have a good selection of lakes and reservoirs that we fish in central and eastern Oregon. Bruce
