Greetings all, Retired farmer, dabble with woodturning, and learning how to tie flies. I tried fly casting years ago and discovered I did not possess enough patience or maturity, and decided I would wait till I was older and had more time. You know the saying of the job jar? Well, mine was a barrel. And looking in the mirror now, I'm old. So now I'm making plans to take the fly rods for longer walks. I started looking here years ago and got some info on a Fenwick FF98 I found at a second hand store. Since then I bought a new small creek 6'6" CGR , and just the other day I was given the bottom half of another Fenwick by a friend. I have some questions about it, so I'll be making another post with pictures about that one later. Thanks for reading. Roy
