Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hi. My first fly rod was glass back around 1980. It was a cheap Diawa department store rod that came with a Martin reel that looked like a can of tuna and a 7 wt. level line. I beat the water to a froth for like two years with that thing before I finally caught a trout. Since then I acquired many carbon rods and then back to glass some years back. I've been a rod builder for about 15 years and have done a good number of glass rods, mostly Epics. Browsing around here I'm impressed with the wealth of knowledge and experience on this forum. I look forward to learning and contributing what I can.

Tony
