While I like the look of the antenna, I would get rid of them for the ponds I fish. They would collect too many weeds.

I really like the flat front. How do you tie in that foam for that?

The foam is tapered tied to the top of the hook, there is a hole the foam that takes the foam down toward the point than there's another hole in the foam and it's brought over the back of the hook to make the wing. The foam is tied to make a head. The most important part is to trim the fly to make it more buggy looking, also hit it with markers to color it.
