This is just a Flashabou incarnation of a Thundercreek Minnow. But it's also a micro streamer tied on a down eye curved shank #16 hopper hook. The bead forces it to flip over, so it rides with the hook up. And it's less than an inch long. It's sparsely tied so it sinks quickly, even though it's small and not all that heavy.

#16 DaiRiki 280, tungsten bead, pearl flashabou (or something like that) plus a few strands of blue dyed pheasant tail fibers. Micro streamers are big.
