Hey everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this question but it seemed like a good place to start.

I just ran across some build kits for reels at eclecticangler.com Has anyone here ever put one together and fished it? How was it? Are there any other kits out there? How about plans to do your own build from the ground up? Something that can be done with hand tools and/or a decent machine shop close by?
