Update:
A little different than I'd planned, but I nabbed a System 2 7/8 (with the hopes that it will balance my two 8'6" 7/8 rods a little better) and a second Medalist 1495.5 (since I've already got spare spools...) for $65 total.

Want to try those Martins, but the price was right for these at the moment. The search will continue...
