Does anyone have a listing of the rods and descriptions of Larry's current offerings and prices? Are they all now in the new color?

Larry is still offering both colors. Not sure of his rod offerings though. Shoot him an email he will respond quickly. If you don't have it let me know and I can pm u his contact details.

Thanks

Paul

Thank you Handsel, for keeping personal information out of posts on the forum and for offering to assist another member.. Larry Kenney may well read this post and contact the OP or update his offerings for all of us. Anyone who recognizes his username and/or FS ads could also contact him using the buttons at the lower left of the frame of one of his posts.

Does anyone know if he sells blanks? If someone would pm his email or user name to me, I would appreciate it.

Last I heard, Larry doesn't sell blanks. However, he has been known to sell blanks of prototypes or blemished blanks (I think) if he has them. You'd have to contact him and ask. His username here is L Kenney and you can PM him.

I know that I too can contact him directly about current offerings but I didn't want to bother him. I thought someone here might have a link to a list.

Larry picked up on this thread and I found out that there have been two "new" additions to his rod list since I checked a couple years ago, the 813 and the 824. He also confirmed that the glass in the new brown color is exactly the same as that in the mocha color, only the pigment is different.

Nice rods. I own 3 and am currently trying to convince myself that I don't really need an 813.

Taeke, when has ever in the world of fly rods is the word need associated? Thinking more of Larry's rods having his three: 813,794,and 885, I may covered my trout waters here in Pa. The 8'8" 5 will throw a 6 very nicely, great streamer rod.

Yes it does but at current CDN to USD exchange rate a rather expensive want. :lol

I considered a 733 for a while but then I found and bought a 6'6" 3wt Winston/Fisher blanked rod that I really really like for small creek cutthroat fishing. :)

I fish the wheels off my Kenneys whenever I can. The 866 for big fat strong prairie pothole rainbows, the 835 as a bit of a general purpose rod and the 794 for mountain fishing where 16" plus cutthroat are a possibility.

Take Care :)

733, 794, 8055, 813, 824, 835 as of 8/17. The list with descriptions, prices, and reel seat options can be had by sending Larry a PM - it shouldn't be printed here in full without his consent. Note that the 886 isn't on the list, you'd need to ask Larry about that one.

Larry's 733 is the best small stream 3wt available. I will be buried with mine.
